Please tell us about the history of your band and its members.
Abörted Hitler Cöck formed some time around 2005 as a two-piece band and genital wrecking crew for hire. The original lineup was El Bukkake (myself) on guitar and vocals, and El Fucko on drums and vocals. Now after a three year hiatus, AxHxCx has been revived as a solo project.
How would you describe your style? Which bands influenced your music?
It's always been pretty eclectic and I never set out to make music within the confines of a subgenre, but the band has often been categorised as grindcore or gore metal and I have no problem with either of those labels. In terms of influences, think Carcass and Napalm Death with an unhealthy dose of GWAR and The Mentors, and an injection of microgrind insanity in the vein of Agoraphobic Nosebleed.
Why should a metalhead buy your demos/albums?
Surely just so you can say you own a CD by a band with such a dumb name. It's way easier to just steal it from mediafire for free though, which I highly recommend.
What have you released so far and how were your releases received by the public/media? The finishing touches are being put to the first full length album right now. Back in 2008 we released a DIY demo named 'The Foetal Grinder E.P.' which I thought it sounded like shit, but it went down pretty well. Cerebral Fallout zine reviewed it, and to quote that article; "Their songs have the gusto of charging fat pigs that have just been released from their enclosure and the repressed raw power which they won't feel shy to demonstrate if one were to hold them back...If a bigger record deal doesn't come as a result of this 10-legged EP then there is definitely something wrong with this world.”
Do you play live as well? How's your live activity so far?
It's not really an option at the moment, but never say never...(especially not "That's never going to fit in there.”)
What should labels/zines/promoters know about your band? Why should they be interested in it?
AxHxCx should be considered as a genuine contender for the title of 'worst band in the world'.
What plans do you have for the near future as a band?
The album release grows nearer by the day. Although I'm not sure when it's actually going to be ready. The title is "Erections at an Animal Autopsy” and is dedicated to the late Seth Putnam. The sound has progressed a lot since the old demo CD, some of it's heavier, some of it's more experimental. And then what's next? World domination maybe? I'd settle for a handjob.
