Review:
Second album by Alice In Hell, initially released in 2017 by the same Black-listed Productions and now re-released by STF Records. This time the Japanese band became a trio by adding a bassist, Mah, but unfortunately for me Hamadie, the guitarist, continue his singing on the new album as well. Not much else has changed except maybe a better production, and to tell you the truth the vocals seem to be better this time, too. The guitar work is excellent again delivering powerful, engaging, headbanging-friendly riffs, catchy leads and long solos. The bass lines most probably contributed to this improvement as well, filling out the dead spaces, so all in all a clear improvement compared to their debut album, but still the main feature here is Hamadie's guitar work. If you're looking for traditional Thrash Metal you give this one a try. If they'll find a suitable vocalist this band is something to look out for sure!
