Please tell us about the history of your band and its members.
Hi Adrian. The Blaze Of Sorrow's project was born in 2007, in the beginning Rude played the drums but after the release of the first demo called "Suffer" he started to play with an another band so i decided to do everything by myself. After the first demo which was "doom\black oriented" i put some achouscis guitars in my songs. I recorded 2 folk\black demos and then another one played only with keyboards called "La porta per l'inverno"(The door towards winter). In 2008 i recorded my first full lenght "L'ultimo respiro"(The last breath) which was re-released by NATURMACHT PROD. in 2010. Now a new full lenght called "Eterno tramonto"(Eternal sunset, you can find a preview on the myspace page) is ready and it'll be released by NATURMACHT PROD. in february 2011.

How would you describe your style? Which bands influenced your music?
I think my style expecially in the last album is not very simple to describe. I use achoustic guitars but i also write some black metal parts. My music and my lyrics are influenced by my feeling and thoughts i don't speak and i'll never speak about politic, satanism and this kind of things. In my music you can find both melodic quiet parts and black metal riffs. I think the main band who have influenced my style are Ulver, but i like very much also Tenhi, Burzum, the old norwegian Black metal and also classical music.

Why should a metalhead buy your demos/albums?
Well i'm a one-man band, i do exactly what i want to do with my music and i put my self into the songs. I think it's one of the most honest way of writing music. If you want to get in contact with my feelings listen to my songs. Maybe you'll like them.

What have you released so far and how were your releases received by the public/media?
Well i think i had  good reviews, the media liked my releases, of course in the beginning they werent "mature" as now. If you listen to my discography you can notice a growth in structures and lyrics. I'm satisfied of the reviews and comments.

Do you play live as well? How's your live activity so far?
Yes, i'm a one-man band but i have 3 very good session musicians. We don't play a lot of concerts but i think this winter and in 2011 we'll play some shows. (if you want us to play somewhere just write at my email frozenintime@hotmail.it or send a message on myspace).

What sould labels/zines/promoters know about your band? Why should they be interested in it?
They could be interested because of my style and maybe because of the message. Nature and my personal feelings are always in my music and it'd be interesting to fly through my songs. There's nothing to know about my project, just that i write my music in the most honest way as possible.

What plans do you have for the near future as a band?
I'm waiting the release of my new album in 2011, and i've also recorded a new EP which is ready at the moment but i think i'll release it after the album in a limited edition. The sound is very different from the old releases, i wrote it for a very important person who now flies on the wind's wings, i wouldn't be who i am without her help. I'm also searching for some concerts.

Where can we listen to your band and where can we buy your stuff?
If you call us for a concert we can play everywhere you want. You can find my stuff at NATURMACHT shop (www.naturmacht.com/catalog) there you can find the very last copies of "L'ultimo respiro" or at www.gravity-entertainment.ch. If you're interested in my old demos you can contact me directly via mail (frozenintime@hotmail.it) or via myspace. The song i'm going to send to you is a new track which will be released in my new album. It's exlusively for your zine and readers, it's called "Dall'aldilà" (From Afterworld)
