Please tell us about the history of your band and its members.
Aaron and Richard first started playing together in a previous metal band called Black Zodiac.  When the Black Zodiac ended we started Foreshadow in January of 2008.  After recruting our orginal vocalist and bassist, we began performing around the Tampa, Florida USA area.  We signed a one album deal with Blastzone Entertainment in July of 2008, and released our debut ablum "Nations of Failure" in Feburary 2009.  Nathan (bassist) joined the band in August of 2010, and Dan (vocalist) joined in September 2010.  Since then we recorded a new ep in November of 2010 followed by numerous shows.

How would you describe your style? Which bands influenced your music?
We are a metal band.  Other than just being a metal band, we encompass many different sub-genras of metal that we love.  Everything from the melody driving Iron Maiden to the most extreme death metal band Cannible Corpse.  Some of our biggest influencs are Dying Fetus, Slayer, Pantera, Fear Factory, Acid Bath, and Dark Tranquility.

Why should a metalhead buy your demos/albums?
There is something for every metal fan in our music.  From the most downtune brutal rythms, to melodic guitar leads.  From extreme blast beats and double bass to off time jazz beats.  Our lyrics contain everything from horor movies to poetic interpretations. We don't just put ourselves in a box other than playing metal music.

What have you released so far and how were your releases received by the public/media?
We released "Nations of Failure" in Feburary 2009.  The public really recieved our music well.  Through our media pages we did get a lot of positive and encouraging messages from those who bought the album.  As far as the media, most of our reviews were really positive.  Even some of the reviews that were a little critical, were also encouraging us to continue writing.  We are looking forward to releasing new music with this line-up.  The energy and music we are writing today is more developed than our first album.

Do you play live as well? How's your live activity so far?
Yes we do as much as possible.  Everytime we perform our audience keeps growing.  When we return to the same venue we have played before, the audience is larger than last time.

What would labels/zines/promoters know about your band? Why should they be interested in it?
We want to share our art to the world, and reach the largest audience possible.  We feel we bring something unique to the genra, by blending many different styles of metal into one unified sound. Making quality songwriting, and what is best for the song, the focal point in our creative process.

What plans do you have for the near future as a band?
Continue performing anywhere and everywhere we can.  Also were looking forward to the release of a split cd with two other metal bands Vengince and Wonderland Syndrome.
