Please tell us a few words about the new release, about the music on it as a whole or a few words on each track in part. How are you happy with the final release?
Hello to Pestwebzine – Greetings from Singapore.
“Heralding The Deathwinds” is pure fucking Extreme Metal & The music is a unsuspecting fist in the face of of the unsuspecting masses!
The Opening track “Firestorm Majesty” refers to and reflects Nuclear Decimation; The Morbid aftermath of a full scale Nuclear War.
Palace of Bones is a vision of Death’s Kingdom. There is this vast Barren land where Death rules and his kingdom is adorned with skulls and bones. He walks the land where nothing lives and he alone is king. He also rules over this vast abyss of souls who are damned.
Heralding The Deathwinds, the third track reflects on what happens when the Earth’s magnetic poles shift and we are thrown into the ice age. Many die and Death once again reigns supreme as Nature’s forces cause upheaval in this devastating change. The Dark Master is the tectonic plates shifting under the oceans causing massive earthquakes and mega tsunamis, thus “The dark master conjures – conjures as in to summon the storms of doom”
The fourth and final track “Master Judas Underground” is a simple straightforward track about certain musicians in the Metal scene who always plot to divide and conquer the Metal scene.
There are some people who just want to be seen and known whilst backstabbing and trash talking fellow musicians and fans ... sheesh you know this story happens all the time everywhere ... some just love to see the world burrrn!!!
We are never happy with anything, we are never satisfied with what we do, we never rest on our personal achievements, laurels, compliments or any of the “makes us feel good, proud and happy” factor! Fuck all that! We create with fire and iron will. We will continue to raise the bar for ourselves and not for anyone! Love it or Hate it. We don’t care. I personally took a leaf out of Impiety frontman Shyaithan’s never say die work ethics and Azrael’s always working hard attitude

How would you describe/label the music on it? Does it sounds like anything we might have heard before?
Like I mentioned in the first question. The music is a unsuspecting fist in the face of of the unsuspecting masses!

Where was it recorded and how much time did it take you to record it? Any interesting stories from the recording/producing the material?
We self recorded the music which was later mixed, mastered and produced at LighWave 804 Studio in Woodlands, Singapore by Vinod Vaskaran who also happens to the axeman of Vedic Metal pioneers Rudra.
The whole EP took us 6 months or maybe even more to carefully plan, write and execute the songs. Azrael came up with and wrote many tracks individually. He then came over to my place with his guitar and we came up with some tracks after hours of experimenting with different sounds. He worked on them again trying to capture the sound we wanted for this EP and repeat the whole process of sending them to me, and we’d be  working on it again – never satisfied with what we had. We wanted to be able to forge the type of guitar tone, bass and drums we wanted as a Band. It was quite a long process but we enjoyed doing it and enjoyed even more later working with our sound engineer and producer – Vinod - for the mix and mastering process at his studio. It was a enlightening time for me and Azrael to experience how the whole mixing and mastering process works and Vinod certainly is very knowledgeable!

What can you tell us about the cover artwork? Is there a link between the artwork and the lyrics? What are the topics of your lyrics?
The Jesus Crucified like tree you see on the cover represents a very bleak and apocalyptic view. Especially the colours we chose for the cover. It’s a very grim and bleak outlook.
You can sense the nothingness and desolation with that single tree which is in the form of Christ who was crucified, who shed blood for the redemption of this World and Men, yet it seems that there is just no hope for humanity because organized Religions have become nothing but bloodthirsty Cartels controlled by Evil, Blood is shed and millions are massacred in the name of religion and we never learn from our mistakes. We continue with our self destructive and annihilaitive ways that there is just no place for hope or redemption for this world that is at the edge of an Apocalyptic Nuclear devastation thus Heralding The Deathwinds of Apocalyptic Doom.

What do you expect to gain through this release? What are the band's aims at the moment?
What do we expect? We expect to herald the deathwinds of damnation upon the unsuspecting Blind sheep of congregations, greedy, prosperous, lecherous Pastors, Rabbis and Imams!
We expect the Re-birth of the original Black Metal sound and in extremity We Worship!!!
Black Metal can be diverse in interpreting ideologies of annihilation and war against Organized Religious Brothels but the goal is singular – destruction of perverse corrupted social systems bent on brainwashing, enslaving the masses and the eradication of Organised Lies to benefit a small circle of Tyrants!

Is there a special format the material is released in? Or is it released in multiple formats? How many copies were pressed?
