Review:
Female fronted Hiranya are around since 2015 and this is their second studio album; after the 2016 Breathe In it was about time to Breathe Out, too. The first album, brought them local popularity amongst the fans of the genre, the band touring with heroes such as Jinjer, Infected Rain or The Agonist, so I guess the new material was long-waited already. 10 tracks, 38 minutes of playing time, in my opinion a combination of In Flames, Killswitch Engage, Evanescence and Children of Bodom, although they might agree with the first two names only; based on heavy guitar riffs, supported by a clever lead guitar and occasional solos, a superb rhythm section, and fronted by the amazing vocals of Sara Bowen ranging from enchanting clean to scary inhales, Hiranya impress through the complexity of their compositions and also through the technical display in all areas of this album, yet they manage to keep things easy-flowing and catchy maintaining a fine balance of speed, melody, aggression and modern elements; yes, well-balanced seems to be the first term to mind after the audition of this album, everything seems like carefully thought out and implemented within the whole, an amazing album, really, really well done!
