Please tell us about the history of your band and its members.
"Lothron" is a name of a music project since 2008. I have made it under the search for cooperation with musicians or bands.
The creation of Lothron project was about to have something to present to them,something to listen.
Some people help me with the music composes (Spiro Pagrati: music, recording and production for "Whisper of the Sea" and Yngve: music, recording and production for "Resemblance of Unexistence" also Van Gimot: Solo Guitar and Pan: for the recording on Vocals).
The vocals, the vocal compose and the lyrics are mine also the logo and the artwork.
After that I decide to keep it and work it as a music project based on Doom, Ambient, Black metal and Experimental influences.
For that now I'm searching for musicians to create it.
How would you describe your style? Which bands influenced your music? My style? I thing that I prefer a harsh melody in music with murky composes. As I said before I prefer a Doom, Ambient and Experimental sound with a Black metal hue.
This two songs aren't what I really want to create but you can take a taste on it. (And it couldn't be 'cause we have worked via the net and the musicians have also their own bands and projects, that means not so much time).
I thing that I'm influenced from different genres of music as classic music, doom, ambient, progressive, experimental, black metal, jazz...But if you want to name some bands, they are: Bathory, Windir, Dornenreich, Darkthrone, Nortt, Austere, Beherit, Solitud Aeternus, Candlemass, Dirty Granny Tales, Apocalyptica, Porcupine Tree, Crimson Glory, Lisa Gerrard, Diamanda Galas, Tim Buckley and so may others.
Do you play live as well? How's your live activity so far?
I haven't play live under the name"Lothron", only as a guest or session singer.
What sould labels/zines/promoters know about your band? Why should they be interested in it?
I couldn't answer at the first part of this question because I haven't got "a band" or something completed. I can only answer and say my opinion why labels, zines and promoters must be interested with any underground band which tries for the best, and it is not so easy. Fans, musicians and bands compose the metal or better the music community all around the globe. Metal music or musicians aren't only the succeed ones, the big names...under of them breathes underground bands who keep the metal music alive, they must be supported and be rewarded for their struggles from all of us, we must support the scene!
What plans do you have for the near future as a band?
To create a band!
