Please tell us about the history of your band and its members.
Terravore was formed in 2015 by Kalin Bachvarov and Ivan Lazarov in Varna, Bulgaria. We had some experience from other Bulgarian bands, but both wanted to start something new. In the beginning, we started under a different name .. It was something like "Tephra Plague", which sounded awful to me. Also, the drummer was different, but after 2-3 months we decided to kick him out and replace him with Trendafil Trendafilov, who left Mass Cremation to join us. After that Kalin choose the name "Terravore". We played as a trio two years, until Boiko Nikolaev, recently joined the band this year, as a second guitarist. Since 2015 we have released an EP called "Apocalyptic Impact", one DEMO, one single, one album called "Unforeseen Consequences", and soon we will release one more EP. We shared stages with big names like Kreator, Suicidal Angels, Suffocation, Napalm Death, Nervosa and more. That's our short history, and I hope that our future will be brighter haha.

How would you describe your style? Which bands influenced your music?
Every one of the band has different influences from different genres of music, but the one thing which we all love is the thrash metal, so that's what we are playing. Our style is old-school thrash metal. One of our future goals is the decorate that old-school style with modern sounds and make a better combination of different musical influences. We are influenced by almost every old-school thrash/death metal band. We have a lot of influences from Demolition Hammer, Kreator, Sodom, Death, and Megadeth.

Why should a metalhead buy your demos/albums?
One metalhead would appreciate our music because we are trying to make it interesting, but still brutal and old-school. Almost every song (especially the newer ones) are like different types of trips. Also, we are trying to be more professional and progressive so the metalheads may expect and some serious sound. If you exclude the lyrics from the music, they are like lyrical masterpiece. Long and interesting, written with different terminology styles.

What have you released so far and how were your releases received by the public/media?
As I wrote above, since 2015, we've released one EP, one DEMO, one SINGLE and one full album. They were all received well by the public and media.

Do you play live as well? How's your live activity so far?
In the last 2 years, we played in a lot of places. We had two mini-national tours, a lot of gigs in some of our neighbor countries. Took part of some festivals. It was pretty awesome. This year we will be part of the European tour of the Greek band Bio-Cancer. We will play in Slovakia, Hungary, Germany and Czech Republic.

What should labels/zines/promoters know about your band? Why should they be interested in it?
We are really hungry for traveling and making music. This is our dreams and we are very very passionate about that. The whole metal scene and especially the thrash metal one are our lifestyles. We love it. That's why we do it. We want to see how the people are headbanging, moshing, having fun at our gigs.

What plans do you have for the near future as a band?
We are planning to release the second EP this year and enter the studio in the winter, to record our second album. Our goal is to find a better label to promote and release it. Also, we are planning to make tours in Europe more often.

Where can we listen to your band and where can we buy your stuff?
You can listen to everything that we've already released in our Soundcloud profile, also on YouTube, Bandcamp, Reverbnation. You can buy our stuff from "Stormspell Records" or directly from us.
