Debut demo from this duo from Germany, a 4 tracks demo tape clocking around 15 minutes of playing time, professionally produced, perfect for fans of limited edition underground demo tapes. The band has definite potential, but it's clear they haven't found their way yet, hence this demo is somewhere in between Black, Death and other Metal influences with both a melodic and a groovy edge to it. I'd say they're going to take the Melodic Death Metal in the future, or at least that's the impression I have after playing this demo, but we'll see. The tracks are quite different one from another and what keeps them glued together are the raspy, half-growled / half-whispered vocals that don't differ much. The lyrics are in German so I guess the traction they have to the German audience is better than to others, but anyway there are some hooks here and there that make this demo a fun, enjoyable audition, and the fact you don't know what's coming next only adds to this experience.
