It's not often I see a single release on physical format nowadays, but maybe that's the way of the future, to copy the Pop mainstream ways, who knows? German Heavy Metal powerhouse Inner Axis keep their fans fed by throwing two new singles on the market, maybe prefacing a new (third) full-length album that's already 5 years in the waiting. So what we get here are two singles, both original format and instrumental for the karaoke animals out there, for a total of 18 minutes of playing time. A powerful dose of Heavy Metal absolutely perfect for both headbanging and just humming along. Both are entertaining, energetic, melodic, captivating and memorable so I guess the target was hit with success, their fans will love it for sure, and I have to honestly admit I had no expectations from a single, yet I was proved wrong, this is one hell of a catchy release that deserves a physical release. Out on Fastball Music on Digifile CD, too bad it misses the lyrics.
