Please tell us about the history of your band and its members.
Raging Demons started as One-Man-Project in the year 2007 by Matthias Pojar. 2011 Philipp Geulich (ex Dead End Circle) was found as bass player. Jonas Müller (ex-Dvalin) was found very fast: a long haired front monster who masters the deep growls and the high pitched screams like no one else. Then we met Jonas Pfeiffer, a drum freak, who redefines speed, gave the music a higher level of brutality. After a while we found also Julian Zierhut who gave the music a new input on the lead guitar.
The complete line-up is now as follows:
Jonas Müller - growls and screams
Philipp Geulich - bass
Jonas Pfeiffer - drums
Julian Zierhut - lead guitar
Matthias Pojar - rythm guitar

How would you describe your style? Which bands influenced your music?
We describe our Style as "Metal" so far. It is hard, fast, brutal, grovvy, doomy, and anything else between.

Why should a metalhead buy your demos/albums?
Because of the band members, of course. We look so fucking pretty!
In addition you get some razor guitars, hyperblasts, subwoofer (no not Illdisposed) and deep frequency terror.

What have you released so far and how were your releases received by the public/media?
Until now nothing yet is published. There are just old demo songs, that also we´re played live. We got big responses at our live gigs, such as circle pits, headbanging and beer drinking metalheads. Is it enough?

Do you play live as well? How's your live activity so far?
The first principal of the band is to do a lot of live shows. And since the band was complete we´ve done almost 2 shows/month (e.g. gigs with Sasquatch, Tenside, Foetal Juice). For the future we hope to do some festivals and some more gigs all around Germany.

What should labels/zines/promoters know about your band? Why should they be interested in it?
As mentioned above: we look fucking pretty Raging Demons is not a normal death metal band: we´re not evil, we drink no blood, we don´t look like a serial killer.
Raging Demons is mixing death and black, also newer stuff like this core shit to great music that is like: "Oh cool, Raging Demons are playing. Give me a fucking beer and lets bang our heads!"

What plans do you have for the near future as a band?
We want do record a CD, more gigs, more festivals, more fun. And of course: writing new stuff.
