Please tell us about the history of your band and its members.
I will try to do this in few words but first of all I apologize for my english speaking, I hope you can understand..
We are a "five-piece" band; the present members are those of the original line-up but in the past years we had some line-up change. When we started to play together we use to play covers for rehearsals (we were happy just to play together) and in few months we were ready to play live with a 2 hours set of covers. Then the first attempt of song writing with Arabian Chaos, a very raw song, followed by many other songs. All the songs you can listen to on our album were ready in 2005 when we recorded a studio rehearsal. Unfortunately we had some personal problem so, starting from that point, we played live only few time but we never split off. Recording the album has been very difficult for many reasons but finally you can listen to our songs. Now we are "working" on our new "acoustic clusters"..
How would you describe your style? Which bands influenced your music?
I don't know how to describe our style; for sure there is the thrash metal but there are many other influences, each member of the band has his own. Listening
to our album I can recognize King Crimson (both Fripp and Belew kind of things), Steve Reich, Metallica, Adrian Smith; but this is only my point of view and my first impressions. Some parts remind me of Type O Negative or Nevermore but I think you can find many influences. In the last two years I've been impressed by George Lynch, Cynic and Sadist playing live: great bands.
Why should a metalhead buy your demos/albums?
A metalhead? Are you jocking? I don't know..
The only thing that I can say is that the album is the resultant of what we were when we recorded it.
If you want you can download it for free, why to buy it??..
What have you released so far and how were your releases received by the public/media?
There are some people interested in what we did and what we are doing, both from public and from media. Every 2-3 days I can read to a new review or interview or listen to a radio show, so I think our album is received in a good way.
Do you play live as well? How's your live activity so far?
We would like to play live but it is not so easy because music is not our main job and "L'Italia è una Repubblica democratica, fondata sul lavoro"..
Where we live there are not many places in which we can play live, we should move but moving requires much time.. That's all..
We hope in the future to play more live but this is not our main activity now.
What should labels/zines/promoters know about your band? Why should they be interested in it?
Why not? Try us..
What plans do you have for the near future as a band?
Mainly we want to work on the new songs. But probably we will do some live event.
Where can we listen to your band and where can we buy your stuff?
You can go on our Facebook page; there you can find all the links for downloading, free listening and so on.. And you can also contact us directly if you want our cd or for any comment or for..
