Please tell us a few words about the new release, about the music on it as a whole or a few words on each track in part. How are you happy with the final release?
We release 'WARM WINTER DAY' our new EP on November 15th, which has five songs on it. We picked these 5 songs because they represent a range of styles that we found in the process that would be most representative of our sound. It is heavy and soft, angry and reconciled at the same time. It is very groovy.
 
How would you describe/label the music on it? Does it sounds like anything we might have heard before?
SHIRAN is a Female Djent Metal. From comments we got it is a combination of Lacuna coil and Textures.
 
Where was it recorded and how much time did it take you to record it? Any interesting stories from the recording/producing the material?
The album was recorded in Elram Boxer's studio and it took us a few months to record it. Elram is recording al the instruments himself. During the recordings we changed many things and for mastering, we sent it to The Panic Room (thanks Plec).

What can you tell us about the cover artwork? Is there a link between the artwork and the lyrics? What are the topics of your lyrics?
The artwork was made by Chen Aviv. It is the logo hovering in the air surrounded by ravens. Ravens are a great inspiration for Shiran's writing, which are also tattooed on her arm. Ravens represent wisdom, loyalty, a connection to earth, all that she believes in.

What do you expect to gain through this release? What are the band's aims at the moment?
We expect to reach as many fans as we can. We want to get our completed album released on a good label to promote us forward.

Is there a special format the material is released in? Or is it released in multiple formats? How many copies were pressed?
The EP will first be released to buy on iTunes. We will definitely make some hard copies and open an online store in the future.
