Review:
Again something we don't usually cover inhere, Rebellious Spirit say they play a Crossover kind of Rock, which to me, after listening to this new album of theirs, means it gathers influences and elements from all sorts of genres, and not only sticking to Rock, they also explore Pop, Electronic or Metal territories, blending and melting everything they can into a colorful pot fronted by a Gothic Rock-sounding vocalist. I don't like the production that much, it's way too sharp for this music; I think it should make you feel confortable, but on the contrary, it sounds too blunt, making you feel like the worst's about to come and your ears will suffer. From my point of view that's the main fault of this album as he compositions level is ok, there are plenty of catchy elements and hooks to make you enjoy the album. Anyway, not my cup of tea at all, so I wouldn't be able to say if this is what the kids need or will appreciate nowadays...
