Please tell us about the history of your band and its members.
I crawled out of my lair in 2011 and have been raising hell ever since. I started off as a corpse painted comedy personality eager to get naked and whip myself on stage for the morbid amusement of others. And yes, I enjoyed the pain and the adrenaline rush equally. As a musician, my story goes back much longer. I've played guitar and bass since I was 9 years old. Growing up, I took lesson from Doro Pesch's bassist Nick Douglas in the Pocono Mountains. It took a long time for me to finally assemble a band and release my debut album GRIM 1, but it has arrived, and Necrosexual is here to stay, baby.
How would you describe your style? Which bands influenced your music?
I consider my music thrashy, poser crushing black metal with a rock n roll attitude. Lots of distorted lead bass, crunchy guitar riffs, face melting solos, gruff vokills and ghoulish screams. My unholy trinity of influences are Venom, Sodom and Motorhead, especially being that Necrosexual is a power trio fronted by the bass slayer.

GRIM 1 is a 100% self produced album. Head over to Necrosexual.bandcamp.com to download it or buy a CD. I guarantee it will be 9 songs and 32 minutes of heavy metal madness you won't soon forget. What have you released so far and how were your releases received by the public/media?
GRIM 1 is my first album ever released. My career is a bit atypical. I started as a comedian, and developed a following through my Youtube channel interviews. Some people get me. Some people don't. Keyboard warriors who spend their lives writing smug comments on the internet need to get laid and grow up. I don't care if people love me or hate me as long as they are entertained.
Do you play live as well? How's your live activity so far?
We put on an extremely physical and sensual live performance. Our drummer Mike Churry lives up to his name "The Machine" behind the kit, and hits those skins like a madman. My guitarist Anthony Vigo Gabriele is a total showman who spares no expense on his guitars. Every solo sounds killer, and no two are the same. I consider us like the Matrix. You have to experience your own Necrosexual Encounter to understand it. I look forward to play many stages in the future with GRIM 1 to tour behind.
What should labels/zines/promoters know about your band? Why should they be interested in it?
I'm a self made man. No label support or distribution up until this point besides that which I have been able to cultivate myself. Also, I play bass, guitar and keyboards on the new album in addition to vocalist. I hope my work ethic as a musician and pervert at large speaks volumes.
What plans do you have for the near future as a band?
GRIM 1 might be Necrosexual's first introduction to metal heathens all over the world, but it's the end of an era for me. Most of these songs have been in purgatory for three or four years while I searched for a drummer to record with. Once the album is out it will be a breath of relief for me, but a short lived pause. I want to focus on Necromania taking over the world one show at a time. Anthony Gabriele and I have already began writing and
recording demo tracks for the next album. My goal is to record the new album in 2018.
