Please tell us about the history of your band and its members.
Freshly spawned in January 2010 in the SoCal region. Determined to create the heaviest and most unforgetable music, Influenced by technical, Brutal death metal, Resurrecting Judas creates its own style of unique heaviness that will rip your face off! A very serious and active project, Resurrecting Judas constantly writes material. After releasing their first E.P. "Real Men Love Judas" in October 2010, Resurrecting Judas is on their way to writing a full length masterpiece, Due in 2011!
How would you describe your style? Which bands influenced your music?
Our style is Technical Brutal Death Metal. Influences - Deeds of Flesh, Decrepit Birth, Disgorge, Devourment
Why should a metalhead buy your demos/albums?
Our album is a memorable masterpiece that never will be played out. It is extremely heavy and is very inviting.
What have you released so far and how were your releases received by the public/media?
We released our first E.P. entitled, " Real Men Love Judas" on 10/31/11. You can purchase it on any digital distribution site. Itunes, Rhapsody, Amazon, etc.
Do you play live as well? How's your live activity so far?We have a show Jan. 22nd @ the Blvd. in Boyle Height, Ca. We have played a couple small shows besides that. We will have many more shows to come.
What sould labels/zines/promoters know about your band? Why should they be interested in it?
We are a very serious, professional, and active band. We are constantly writing fresh material. We are ready for many shows. We are constantly earning respect from fans and bands alike. We feel would be a fine asset to any label, for business.
What plans do you have for the near future as a band?
We are looking for a label to help us produce what we create. We will be releasing a full L.p> in the middle of 2011. Also, playing as many shows as possible.
