Please tell us about the history of your band and its members.
Well, the beginning was in 1996 when we were at the bar talking about the music styles and how to keep the heavy metal alive forever. Then me and two other guys formed the band. In 1999 the bassist Gabriel left the band and then a guy appeared, his name was Meatball JR. The guitarist Daniel Job is a great fan and I met him a few years ago before coming into the band, then I though it was a good ideia and called him to play together with me. After that, I found a powerful vocalist, Roger Hammer, that recorded the first album Defender Of Metal (2001) and the second “Heroes Of Tomorrow” (2007). In 2009 we went for our first European Tour and recorded “Live In Germany”. The vocalist Roger left the band in 2012 and opened the way for the singer Bily Martins who is with us until today. In 2013 we recorded the album “Keep It Hellish”, which, for me, it’s an amazing cd, as it has great choruses and guitar riffs just like the 80ths years. Then we came back to Europe to make another tour in countries like Germany, Holand, Poland, Switzland, Belgium, that were great gigs. Finally, in 2019, we had the best recording, I think, which is called “Wine Of Gods”. You can listen this album drinking beer or wine, you choose!
How would you describe your style? Which bands influenced your music?
We are 80's. Nothing more. We like very much Judas Priest, Running Wild, Iron Maiden, Manowar, Dio, Savatage, Accept, Saxon, etc.
Why should a metalhead buy your demos/albums?
Because he will listen to good heavy metal songs, I can say.
What have you released so far and how were your releases received by the public/media
I detailed about the albums on the first answer. Right now we are making some videos and preparing news songs. Online festivals been happening and we have been playing a lot. I believe bands need to bring a little fun during hard times of this corona virus. I believe that people and media are receiving so well this attitude from the bands, we have had many likes about these online festivals, and that’s great. It has been really cool.
Do you play live as well? How's your live activity so far?
For now just playing in collabs videos until the situation gets back to the normal. We wanna play on the stage soon!
What should labels/zines/promoters know about your band? Why should they be interested in it?
We are a traditional heavy metal band. We play with our souls and would never play for the false metalheads, that's the truth. So I believe that our job its very honest, for this reason they should believe in us.
What plans do you have for the near future as a band?
The near future is to keep playing heavy metal forever!
