Please tell us about the history of your band and its members.
Lutharo started at the end of 2013 and became a live band in 2014. After focusing for a while on mostly live performances, we decided to release our first EP entitled “Unleash the Beast”(2018). There have been multiple member changes leaving Victor Bucur (guitar) and Krista Shipperbottom (vocals) as the only original members. The current lineup consists of John Raposo on guitar, Chris Pacey on bass and the newest addition Duval Gabraiel on drums.

How would you describe your style? Which bands influenced your music?
Lutharo’s style is a very fast-paced, in your face type of sound. As if you were riding a rollercoaster leading you through dark heavy riffs / vocals, beautiful melodies and harmonies then following with some upbeat playfulness. Each song takes dramatic twists ranging from power metal to melodic death metal and a bit of class heavy metal. Some of the bands that influence Lutharo the most are Arch Enemy, Unleash the Archers, Behemoth, King of Asgard and many more.

Why should a metalhead buy your demos/albums?
