Please tell us about the history of your band and its members.
COSTRA is: Fabricio Arzabe (Drums), Fernando Hurtado (Bass), Sergio Hurtado (Guitar/Vocals), Ruben manjón (Guitar)
We were born in 2005 playing covers of System of a Down, Brujeria, Slipknot and Hatebreed. We had another drummer (Nicolás Campos) that left the band after the first concert in 2006. Later we incorporated Fabricio in the drums. With Fabricio we began to change our style into a whole new level of destruction and rottenness. After the first the guitar(Pablo) and bass(Diego) players left the band we found the current line up. Nowadays we're in (de)composition process, looking for our own style and hoping to make a record in a near future.
How would you describe your style? Which bands influenced your music?
We play a Death Metal and Hardcore spawn. We're NOT Deathcore, we've been trying to lump together this 2 genres in a diferent way.

Why should a metalhead buy your demos/albums?Well.. people should buy our maxi single to learn and know about new Metal from BOLIVIA, also to listen a crude hard purulent disgusting record from the heart of southamerica.
What have you released so far and how were your releases received by the public/media?
So far we've just released a Maxi Single called "Sin Futuro".
People likes it cause its a fresh concept and its a record entirely in Spanish (as a fact, in Bolivia the majority of metal is in english)
Do you play live as well? How's your live activity so far?
We've played live a lot. recently we played in Juliaca Perú. Also we've played with the bands: Anarkhon (from Brazil), Los Tuberculosos, Chullpa, Necromancy, Carion Stentor, Nación, Subvertor, Tantawawa, Hate, Scoria, etc.
What sould labels/zines/promoters know about your band? Why should they be interested in it?
Right now the Q.E.P.D. zine is promoting us. We dont have label or promoters.
They should be interested in our band because it is a fresh concept and it is a new way of composing Metal. We are serious people ready to work.
What plans do you have for the near future as a band?
We plan to make our first record this year and tour at least 3 countries in 2011 or 2012.
