Please tell us about the history of your band and its members.Nekrodeus was founded by six drunkheads who wanted to practise the unhallowed art of death metal, at the end of the arcane writing process a pact commanding the fellowship of shredding and gutturals was sealed with beer at the 1st of January 2013. we recorded a filthy sounding demo in our selfmade abysmal cellar studio, our latest release "putrid scent of grave perversion" was also recorded,mixed and mastered by ourselves, it had been released on the 1st of June 2013.
How would you describe your style? Which bands influenced your music?
Our style is just straight death metal, we are influenced by bands like bloodbath, cannibal corpse, nile, belphegor, pungent stench, slayer and many more.
Why should a metalhead buy your demos/albums?
Because they fucking blast your guts with their guttural death metal madness
What have you released so far and how were your releases received by the public/media?
We have released a rough demo record, which was received very good. our latest release is an ep called "putrid scent of grave perversion", we're very excited where that one is going to take us!
Do you play live as well? How's your live activity so far?We have played one concert so far, which was insane: one of our favorite metal-clubs in graz/austria, a horde of headbangers and the best atmosphere ever. we are looking forward to some more live experiences like that.
What should labels/zines/promoters know about your band? Why should they be interested in it?
We play death metal and we play it hard, no breakdowns, no pigsqueals just pure fucking death metal with a serious bass fetish.
What plans do you have for the near future as a band?
Playing gigs, drinking beer, smoking stuff and having fun!
