Please tell us a few words about the new release, about the music on it as a whole or a few words on each track in part. How are you happy with the final release?
In this album are some reproduced music from OFGHOST early days. It is one kind of 10 years collection of insanity. Im very happy how I got it work.

How would you describe/label the music on it? Does it sounds like anything we might have heard before?
OFGHOST music is an experimental mixture of all kind of metal... OFGHOST music goes forward with heavy load of dark oldschool energy

Where was it recorded and how much time did it take you to record it? Any interesting stories from the recording/producing the material?
I have recorded all material in 2010-2012. About reproduction:  this is my first attempt to remix and remaster old shit into better music. I feel that many songs started to breath new fresh air. The biggest broblem was that many orginal saved back up projects was broken and unable to open. And some projects witch I got open was an audio track mess. I had to do much magic and hand work to get those work.

What can you tell us about the cover artwork? Is there a link between the artwork and the lyrics? What are the topics of your lyrics?
About cover: Last summer a friend of mine was visiting in national park in middle of Finland. He took a picture from skull of moose and sent it to me. We were joking about that picture would look cool in album cover. During production process, I felt that picture would be perfect for editing cover. So my friend gave me permission to use this picture as a raw material.
About lyrics: I take influences from fiction and from world we are living in. Ofghost is not a band of one idea or one point of view. For example song "flame thrower horse" is one kind of scifi cowboy story. Song "chainreaction" tells about plastic waste. I see pictures and short movies when I create lyrics.

What do you expect to gain through this release? What are the band's aims at the moment?
I do AND have done this solo as a hobby. Its my way to rock. I have not much expectations about success. I'm quite happy about things they are. I hope to find some new listeners for OFGHOST.

Is there a special format the material is released in? Or is it released in multiple formats? How many copies were pressed?
At the moment SOUNDS OF EXTINCTION just digital download (FOR FREE) FROM BANDCAMP. If there are fans enough for physical, then I will get produced small amount of cds. Its not a problem.

Where and how will you promote this new release?
Facebook and youtube are my promotion channels. And I have worked years to find good contacts and understanding people, who supports the rotten path of OFGHOST.
