Please tell us a few words about the new release, about the music on it as a whole or a few words on each track in part. How are you happy with the final release?
Kriss: Oh yes. I think 'bout this album as a “path of descent”. Dima brilliantly pick every of these songs we've covered and we put 'em in a certain order so it can tell a a some sort of a story. You can even say it's an concept album. Every track takes you deeper into madness and despair. We wanted it to be  a reflection of a present times seen thru our own eyes but woven into those almost 100 years old songs. I guess we've succeed.   

How would you describe/label the music on it? Does it sounds like anything we might have heard before?
Dima: Our music definitely is not what you would expect from a regular doom band. We like to experiment and mix up different things. Trad doom, modern doom, stoner, sludge, psychedelic, heavy bluesy acid playing from 70’s, metal - all the nasty and mind-bending things that we are usually enjoy to listen we are implementing in our songs. Every fan of heavy playing would find something for himself here.

Where was it recorded and how much time did it take you to record it? Any interesting stories from the recording/producing the material?
Kriss: Every album is a step further into things we didn't do in our previous releases. Like in this one, we didn't record instruments separately (except for adding extra guitars obviously). It's a lot faster way for us, and a whole album seems more “alive” that way. We've recorded and mixed it at Mustache Ministry Studio.  It took three days to record in which we had a lot of fun. From interesting stories at the last day when we've finished recording a bigass storm break out, wind breaking trees and lightning every few seconds and thunders roaring all the time. Seems like the world it's about to end. We took it as a  sign from “god” we did well  (laughs).

What can you tell us about the cover artwork? Is there a link between the artwork and the lyrics? What are the topics of your lyrics?
Kriss: I'll take it from here 'cause I'm the person responsible for art on this release. Dima gave me full freedom of topics and form in this one.  I've been searching for an perfect image throughout the internet. Then I stumble upon a photo of a man hanged himself in a public park. That low res picture (probably took with  a phone) spoke to me and I couldn't forget about it for some time.  “A faceless man without a backstory, desperate enough to end his own life in a public place”. It seems to be a perfect fit for that album theme which is “futile fight against impending doom”. A back of a cover is obviously inspired by William's Blake “great red dragon and woman clothed with the sun” painting. This character (a faceless demon) in my opinion represents a unforeseen circumstances on which we have no control, that  defines our end in this world. A fatal fate, DOOM! Those two pictures correspondence with each other in a manner of a closed dialogue. Is the man responsible for it's own demise or it's the fault of a “failed guardian angel” which turns into demon because of a man deeds? Two sides of the same coin just caught in endless toss. That's mine version of the story. But it is open to your own interpretation... .  

What do you expect to gain through this release? What are the band's aims at the moment?
Kriss: As always we want to spread our “doom gospel”, and find some ears to fill with our music.  

Is there a special format the material is released in? Or is it released in multiple formats? How many copies were pressed?
Kriss: Due to  courtesy of Interstellar Smoke Records it's available in  every possible format, Vinyl, CD  and MC... . 

Where and how will you promote this new release?
Dima: basically through internet and our social medias. We are in touch with couple of blogs, web zines in Europe, USA and locally here in Poland. We made two filthy videos for songs from the album. Facebook and YouTube blocked them. And it’s funny story, Facebook basically blocked our album artwork and it’s name for promoting. So can run fb ads for this release. It’s related to “disturbing” artwork as Facebook says. And there were something about intolerance regarding green man being hanged. What a fucked up world we are living in (laughing)
