Review:
Oh, cool, a newcomer from Italy that displays full potential in growing into something important for the scene! Ossario are a trio from Sicily playing old-school Blackened Thrash Metal, or better said an old-school Thrash Metal with a severe bleak atmosphere and occasional faster parts where double-bass drumming and tremolo riffs go hand in hand with a rough, vicious vocal. Although there are only 3 of them in the band, and their style is quite simplistic, Ossario manage to keep thing interesting by building up plenty of rhythm changes, repetitive and memorable riffs and a killer attitude that makes you raise your fist and play Conan (the macho cartoon character that is, not the TV show presenter). A serious role in Ossario's potential is played by the vocalist who has a raspy tone but quite comprehensive, hence easy to follow and get into. 4 tracks in 15 minutes, a fortunate meet with a band that hopefully will keep working and releasing new stuff even though all three guys are involved in a ton of outher projects.
